The name “Villa Fidel” represents a faithful home where you can fully unwind. A faithful place to return and stay.
Villa Fidel is a modern villa built in 2024, located on a flank of a mountain in the Altaona Golf & Country village in Murcia, 15 minutes from Corvera Airport (RMU) and 45 minutes from Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC).
Our villa features a swimming pool, fence, flat green roofs with 100% privacy and beautiful views of the resort. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests (sofa bed in the living room).
Our house is built using a SISMO system. The core of our walls consists of concrete, surrounded by insulation on both sides. This allows us to keep the heat much more efficiently outside during very hot days than in traditional houses. Combined with the built-in air conditioning, this ensures a pleasant indoor environment.
Our villa is designed by architects who have ensured a tranquil ambiance, with a layout and finishing based on the principles of Feng Shui, which integrates both wind and water harmoniously. The architecture is carefully thought out to create an environment that is both aesthetically appealing and functional, while promoting positive energy.
With carefully selected materials and energy-efficient technologies, we aim for a minimal ecological footprint. Additionally, we have 17 solar panels, a charging station for charging electric or hybrid cars, a heat pump, and underfloor heating.
