Welcome to Villa Fidel!

 

Below is an overview of all house rules. These should be respected at all times. The house rules are divided into different categories. These general conditions are intended for the tenants and hereafter referred to as guests, drawn up by the owner and hereafter referred to as Villa Fidel

    1 | Noise and events

    Guests must comply with local laws and regulations, including those relating to noise levels and nuisance. In Spain, noise is allowed from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 10 pm. On weekends and public holidays, it is from 9.30am to 10pm. Parties and events are not allowed without prior written permission. Moreover, the limit of six people in the property may not be exceeded. 

    2 | Smoking

    There is a complete ban on smoking in the villa itself. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas subject to sensible fire handling and clearing of cigarette butts and ashes. 

    3 | Pet policy

    No pets are allowed during the stay at Villa Fidel.

    4 | Damage and responsibility

    Guests are held responsible for any damage to the villa or property during their entire stay. Any damage must be reported immediately to Villa Fidel via info@villafidel.com. For urgent cases, please reach us at the number indicated on the booking confirmation or contact the security of the resort at +34 669 824 402. Villa Fidel is also not responsible for any injury or loss of guests' property during their stay. 

    5 | Check-in and check-out

    Check-in is possible from 3 pm to 8pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is before 10 am on the day of departure, also unless otherwise agreed.  All necessary information on check-in and check-out can be found in the booking confirmation e-mail.

    6 | Complaints

    In case of complaints regarding your stay, please contact us at info@villafidel.com. For urgent complaints, you can reach us at the number indicated on the booking confirmation. In the event of an emergency such as fire or serious injury, please contact the emergency services at 112

    7 | Cleaning and maintenance

    The villa is delivered to guests clean and in good condition, and should be left in the same condition on departure. Guests should carefully sort trash in the appropriate bins for cardboard, glass, plastic and residual waste. Guests are responsible for clearing their trash and maintaining reasonable cleanliness during their stay.  A fee for final cleaning will be charged for each stay (85€). For stays longer than 13 nights, an intermediate cleaning fee (55€) will be charged in addition to the booking. 

    8 | Access to the villa

    We reserve the right to access the villa for maintenance purposes or emergencies.

    9 | Force majeure

    We are not resposible for any delay, cancellation or change due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, etc.

    10 | Disputes

    Any disputes between Villa Fidel and guests will be referred to competent Murcia authorities.

    11 | Wine fridge

    The villa has a wine fridge filled with wines from local farmers, so the assortment can change very frequently. Upon arrival, the first bottle is offered by Villa Fidel. Opening a subsequent bottle will be charged at very democratic prices. Prices will be listed on a document present in the villa. The number of bottles consumed will be counted during the final cleaning and will be charged afterwards via the deposit or via the credit card used at the time of booking. 

    12 | Rental of luxury caddy

    During their stay at Villa Fidel, guests have the oportunity of renting a luxury caddy. This service is free of charge, but a rental agreement must be signed. The use of the golf caddy is therefore only allowed if the relevant contract is signed. Any possible damage caused to the caddy during its use will be reimbursed by the guests.  The use of the luxury caddy is allowed in almost the entire resort, but may never leave the resort. Moreover, driving the golf caddy on the grass of the golf courses is prohibited. After booking, the rental contract is drawn up (including deposit) and sent via e-mail with accompanying general terms and conditions of use. 

    13 | Electricity consumption and electric charging

    While staying at Villa Fidel, a fixed rate of 200 kWh is included in the price. If this limit is exceeded, an additional cost of €0.40/kWh will be charged. For stays longer than 10 nights, a different rate applies and depends on length of stay. Use of the charging station is free of charge, subject to the limit of 200 kWh per stay. Villa Fidel is not resposible for any injury or damage caused by the use of the charging station. The settlement of additional costs will be done through the paid deposit.

    14 | Changes in Terms and conditions

    We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
